PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sounding preventing structure of a folded-plate roof, which is suitable for a solution to a sounding phenomenon caused by the existing long folded-plate roof. SOLUTION: In this folded-plate roof 3, a plurality of folded plates 5 made of metal, which are shorter than the folded-plate roof 3, are arranged above the folded-plate roof 3 by being superposed in a state wherein clearances S<SB>1</SB>and S<SB>2</SB>are each created between the folded-plate roof 3 and the folded plates 5 or between longitudinal ends a and b of the folded plates 5; and the folded plate 5 is mounted on a crest part 3a of the folded-plate roof 3 in the state of permitting the longitudinal heat shrinkage of the folded plate 5, by means of two types of heat-insulating mounting brackets 6A and 6B, that is, the first heat-insulating mounting bracket 6A for supporting a crest part 5a of the folded plate 5 in a positionally fixed state, and the second heat-insulating mounting bracket 6B for supporting the crest part 5a of the folded plate 5 so as to be slidable only in a longitudinal direction.
