PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation of pulling back a pressure member and extracting a sintered material after a sintering step. SOLUTION: The pressure sintering apparatus comprises communicating holes 6 and 7 formed in a sintering mold 1 provided with a space 3 to be filled with a pulverized material 2 to be sintered, which communicate with the space; pressurizing members 8 and 9 with approximately the same diameter as each diameter of the communicating holes fit into the communicating holes so as to reciprocate toward the space; and such a configuration as to pressurize the pulverized material filled in the space by pressing the pressurizing members toward the space. The communicating hole is formed so as to have a larger diameter than the diameter of an opening of the space facing the communicating hole, and a stepped portion 30 is installed at a communicating point between the communicating hole and the space.
