摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reading from being disturbed by preventing a tip fringe P1 of a document P passing through a reading point in a long scope on the downstream side just below it. SOLUTION: A pair of rollers are provided with a plurality of driving rollers 19 arranged on the downstream side just below the reading point and driven rollers 20 pressing the driving rollers 19. At least an outer peripheral layer of the driving roller 19 is formed by a material having high coefficient of friction such as rubber for the document P, and at least an outer peripheral layer of the driven roller 20 is formed by a material having low coefficient of friction for conveyance paper. Axial lines of the driving rollers 19 are arranged orthogonal to the direction of paper conveyance, and axial lines of the driven rollers 20 are arranged by inclining for the direction of paper conveyance. Axial lines of the plurality of driven rollers 20 are symmetrically arranged across a central line 0 of paper width. A side remote from the central line 0 is eccentric onto the upstream side in the direction of paper conveyance, and a side close to the central line 0 of paper width is eccentric onto the downstream side in the direction of paper conveyance.
