PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an easily broken and easily deformed cleaning tool consisting of melamine-based resin foam, and to effectively utilize the industrial waste of a front layer, a bottom layer, a side layer, etc., during manufacturing. SOLUTION: The melamine-based resin foam of 2mm to 20mm grain sizes is integrally cured with polyurethane resin to make granular urethane curing melamine-based resin foam.
