VEHICLE FOR MOVING OVER LEVEL DIFFERENCE AND MOVEMENT ASSISTING UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement assisting unit for assisting the movement of a vehicle over level difference which is used by attaching to the subject vehicle only when a movement over level difference is necessary. SOLUTION: A base 10 of the movement assisting unit 1 is provided with a connecting frame 13 for combining with the subject vehicle such as a wheelchair 2. A pair of left and right main driving wheels 41 and 41 for travelling are also supported on the base such that the positions of the pair of wheels are adjustable in the back and forth direction. A pair of left and right assistance driving wheels 31 and 31 are supported elevatably on the rear end of the base 10 and the assistance driving wheels 31 and 31 are moved up and down by driving a motor.
