PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saucing device for spit-roasting machine by which troublesome saucing work is automated by a simple mechanism and food to be grilled can be grilled deliciously by putting sauce to the food to be grilled regardless of being before or during grilling. SOLUTION: Two rollers 1a and 1b are arranged to be upper and lower ones, and the lower part of the lower roller 1b is immersed in a sauce container 2. The food W to be grilled which is spitted on a spit Y and carried in a horizontal state is made to pass through between the two rollers 1a and 1b in contact with the roller surfaces Fa and Fb of them.
