PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leader measuring tool having a compact size, produced at a low cost and enabling the setting of a leader to a prescribed length. SOLUTION: The leader measuring tool is composed of a main body 10 having a hollow part 11, a groove 12 connected to the hollow part 11 and formed on the upper surface of the tool and scale marks 13, 14 formed along the groove 12, an end plate 20 fixed to an end of the body 10 and having a hook-holding hole 21 for holding a fishing hook 1, a slider 30 slidably placed in the hollow part 11 of the main body 10, and a leader-hooking pin 40 threaded into the slider 30 to fix the slider to the body 10 and protruded upward from the groove of the body 10.
