PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for paddy fields that can attain increased efficiency for the management by enabling a plurality of persons to access to the data base for browsing the collected data in order to control the paddy field or to change the set-up of the variables from any site. SOLUTION: In this management system for paddy fields, particularly for controlling the water in the paddy fields, a two-way wireless controlling means 13 is provided and the browse of the data collected with portable telephones 18 or the like and the change of the set-up of variables are carried out through a two-way wireless communication management system.
