The present invention relates to a process for making certain selective 5HT2A modulators of Formula (I) and the intermediates thereof: Formula (I) wherein Rl-R7 are described. Compounds of Formula (I) are useful in the prophylaxis or treatment of 5HT2A mediated diseases, such as, 5HT2A mediated platelet aggregation, asthma, agitation, degenerative diseases of the CNS and the like.
