<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device stabilizing the signal quality by easily adjusting the position of a photodetector and also detecting the positional deviation, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A reflection part 21 reflecting a part of the exiting light from a light source 1 is arranged, and also a reflected light receiving part 24 for detecting the reflected light from the reflection part 21 is arranged on the photodetecor 23. Since the adjustment is easily made by carrying out the initial position adjustment of the phtodetector 23 with the reflected light receiving part 24 and the positional deviation of the photodetector 23 can be detected with the reflected light receiving part 24, a diffracted light is exactly received by a diffracted light receiving part 10, then the signal quality is stabilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
