<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a multi-layer resin film in which in the multi-layer resin film comprising a plurality of resin layers different in melt viscosity at the same heat melting temperature, a multi-layer resin film small in surface unevenness and a plurality of molten resins different in melt viscosity at the same heat melting temperature are laminated without forming unevenness on the surface of the film. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the multi-layer obtained by laminating the resins different in melt viscosity at the same heat-melting temperature by using a multi-manifold die, the temperatures of an extruder installed consecutively to manifolds through which the resins pass, the manifolds, and the die adjacent to the manifolds are controlled, respectively. After the difference between the values of the melt viscosity of the adjacent resin layers is made to be 3,000 P or below at a shear rate of 20-500 sec<SP>-1</SP>, the molten resins are laminated to form the multi-layer film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
