<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe which generates sound when a weight in the hollow pipe slides down. <P>SOLUTION: A through-hole is provided, covers 2 with the reeds 4 attached to the through-hole are mounted on both ends of a hollow pipe 1, and a sliding weight 3 is inserted into the pipe 1. When either one of the covers 2 of the pipe 1 is directed downwards and the pipe 1 is made to rise, the weight 3 comes down , air in the bottom room of the pipe 1 is made to flow out through the reed 4 in the pipe 1, air is made to flow into the room above the weight 3 through the other reed 4, and both or either one of the reeds 4 generate sound by the air flow. It is possible to mount the reed 4 which generates sound when air is made to flow out and the reed 4 which makes sound when air is made to flow in on each of the covers 2 located on both ends of the pipe 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
