<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve start-up characteristics of an internal combustion engine even if the strength of kicking by an operator is relatively weak. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU 24 sets a battery control relay 14 and a load control relay 18 to be off if a battery 16 is in abnormal state when an internal combustion engine is started or if the battery 16 is not charged up to a prescribed state. When a main switch 21 is set to be on by an operator, an AC waveform power generated by an AC generator 11 by kicking operation of the operator is rectified into a DC waveform power at a rectification/voltage control circuit 12. The DC waveform power supplied from the rectification/voltage control circuit 12 triggers a fuel supply system 70. Since the DC waveform power is accumulated in a capacitor 33 at the rectification/voltage control circuit 12, the power is stably supplied to the fuel supply system 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
