<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the intimate contact of a terminal with a connection hole. <P>SOLUTION: An alignment plate 30 is divided into a plurality of block parts 32. The block parts 32 are coupled to each other via an elastic material 33 that allows the block parts 32 to make relative movements in a direction in which they get close to or apart from each other. The elastic material 33 is designed to absorb the misalignment occurring between the respective block parts 32. Positioning protrusions 36 are formed at both ends of the alignment plate 30.
