PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an error which occurs in a process for registering terminal identification information of an electronic business terminal. SOLUTION: A terminal information registering apparatus includes: a communication module CM to be connected to a center server via the Internet; and a register module RG for registering terminal information to be managed to the center server via the communication module CM. In particular, the register module RG is configured to set a temporary access code to be issued to a normal user in the communication module CM, and to establish communication for registering terminal identification information of not less than one electronic business terminal as terminal information.
