PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus suited for the dental use by improving the safety and greatly reducing the height of the apparatus and the installation space. SOLUTION: An X-ray generating device 104 and an X-ray imaging device 105 are disposed on a circular mat 102 which is installed on a floor surface 101 and, when a subject put his feet thereon, and formed to operate an inside safety device, and are supported to supports 106 and 107 oppositely each other in the both sides of the head part of the subject. The two supports are connected at their lower part by a support connecting part 108 and rotatably installed on the mat 102. A chair seat surface part 113 where the subject sits on is vertically liftably installed on the support connecting part 108. The front side of a chair pedestal part 110 is formed lower than that by a step and a foot guard 114 is provided in its front part. A support 117 is erected on the chair pedestal part 110 and a head fixing device 115 and a jaw fixing device 116 are mounted thereon.
