PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely rigidly join a reinforced concrete column and a steel-frame beam. SOLUTION: An anchorage bar is welded to the end of the steel-frame beam 2, and the end of the steel-frame beam is directly embedded in a joint part along with the anchorage bar. A three-side frame-shaped bent bar 7 or an anchor bar with an anchor head is used as the anchorage bar. Otherwise, an end plate is welded to the beam end of the steel-frame beam, and the end of the steel-frame beam is directly buried in the joint part. A cotter plate is prewelded to the top surface and undersurface of the end of the steel-frame beam. In the execution of work for joining the reinforced concrete column and the steel-frame beam, the steel-frame beam is temporarily supported by a temporary support 9 so that the end of the steel-frame beam can be arranged in the joint part, and the reinforced concrete column 1 is formed, including the joint part, by placing concrete in a column form in that state, so that the end of the steel-frame beam can be directly embedded in the joint part concurrently with the formation of the reinforced concrete column.
