PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply replace an inner wall panel when part of the inner wall panel is broken and fouled by simplifying assembling of the inner wall panel. SOLUTION: A structure for mounting the inner wall panel arranges long grooved panel holding materials 3 and 4 on a floor face F and a ceiling R, and fixes a long support engaging member 5 for holding upper and lower two-stage inner wall panel P on a concrete wall W with anchor bolts 7. A lower inner wall panel 2 and an upper inner wall panel 1 provided with grooved edge frames 1b and 2b on a peripheral edge are vertically arranged from the upper and lower panel holding materials 3 and 4 and the support engaging member 5. In the inner wall panel P, a baseboard 8 is screwed in the floor face F, a border 9 mounted on upper and lower inner wall panels P is screwed and a ceiling cornice 10 is screwed in the ceiling face respectively.
