PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the drainage structure of a drain pipeline, and a drainage joint used for the drainage structure preventing drain flowing into a body part with strong force from a horizontal branch pipe through an inflow port, from flowing into another inflow port provided in a facing position even if making the diameter of the body part small. SOLUTION: In this drainage structure of the drain pipeline, at least two horizontal branch pipes are connected to horizontal branch pipe connection parts provided with the inflow ports of drain into the drainage joint, provided facing at the large-diameter body part of the drainage joint, and at least one horizontal branch pipe out of two horizontal branch pipes connected to the facing inflow ports is connected to sanitary equipment with strong water force of drain. In this structure, a guide for guiding the drain flowing from the inflow port into the body part from the horizontal branch pipe into the drainage joint, into a position shifted from the facing inflow port is provided in the drainage joint.
