PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely support a heat insulating material, and to facilitate supporting work. SOLUTION: A heat insulating material supporting implement 3 with a base part 4 and a cylindrical part 5 is mounted on substrate materials 1 and 2; the heat insulating material 10 is let through the cylindrical part 5; and a nail or a male screw component is driven or screwed into the substrate materials 1 and 2 through a retainer body 19 and the cylindrical part 5, so that the insulating material 10 can be retained via the retainer body 19. A shaft-like part, which is provided in the supporting implement 3 in place of the cylindrical part 5, pierces through the insulating material 10 and the retainer body 19, and a nut is screwed and fastened to the shaft-like part, so that the insulating material 10 can also be retained on the side of the substrate materials 1 and 2 via the retainer body 19.
