PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide bar capable of being attached/detached with ease by the intention of a user regardless of a mounting place and having improved workability and a maintenance property, in which a shower head hanger is slidably fitted and which can be arranged in any direction (vertically, laterally, for instance) according to user's liking. SOLUTION: The fixing part of the slide bar in which the hanger holding a shower head is slidably fitted is made movable to be freely attached/detached on/from a wall and the fixing part is made of a sucker.
