PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building board for efficiently cutting and taking a gable setting board, its manufacturing method, and construction structure using the gable setting board cut and taken out of the building board. SOLUTION: The building board 1 is provided for cutting and taking out the gable setting board disposed at the tip of the gable board. Outer peripheral parts along two prescribed sides 11, 12 orthogonal to each other, out of the outer peripheral parts of the building board 1 of square shape are provided with shape patterns 21 along the respective sides 11, 12. The outer peripheral part surrounding an opposite vertex 15 positioned diagonally to a vertex 19 formed by the two prescribed sides 11, 12 is provided with a local shape pattern 21. This building board 1 is formed by jointing two kinds of board pieces 210, 220 of right-angled isosceles triangular shape presenting the mirror image relation to each other, in the abutting state of the respective oblique sides 217, 227.
