PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily conduct a mounting operation of a hat, and to improve workability and productivity, by surely supporting the hat. SOLUTION: A hat holder for an embroidering machine has a holding member on which the hat is mounted and a pressing member of which the end is coupled with the holding member so as to be separable and which is used for keeping the hat on the holding member, wherein one or more fastening parts are formed on both ends of the pressing member so that the pressing member is fastened to the holding member.
