PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder pressure feed device capable of preventing formation of blow-by in fluidized powder stream. SOLUTION: This powder pressure feed device has a pressure feed tank 2 and an aeration chamber 4 to pressure feed powder stream formed in the aeration chamber. This device is provided with a porous plate 5 which is arranged on a contact face of blow-in gas in the aeration chamber and powder and in which many minute and thin holes are formed, a tank pressurizing pipe 6 independent from an aeration pipe to pressurize the inside of the pressure feed tank to predetermined pressure, and a powder conveyance pipe 8 for taking out powder stream formed in the aeration chamber above the aeration chamber through a downward nozzle 7. The downward nozzle is a Fallopian tube 20 facing downward, and an upper part aeration nozzle 21 is provided among an upper part of the Fallopian tube and mutually adjacent pipes.
