PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grapple control circuit capable of opening and closing a specific claw selectively in a grapple provided with a plurality of grip claws and to provide a work machine provided with it. SOLUTION: This grapple control circuit is provided with a hydraulic pump 21, a direction control valve 22 controlling direction and flow rate of pressure oil from the hydraulic pump 21, a plurality of hydraulic cylinders 15a to 15d connected with the direction control valve 22 through supply and discharge passages to open and close the plurality of grip claws 14a to 14d, a change-over switch 30 switching between a fully opening and closing operation for opening and closing all the grip claws in the interlocking relationship and specific opening and closing operation for opening and closing only a specific grip claw, and a cut valve 28 and an electromagnetic selector valve 29 controlling the hydraulic cylinders 15a to 15d to open and close only the specific grip claw when switching to the specific opening and closing operation by the change-over switch 30 and fix the grip claws 14c, 14d other than the specific grip claw to an opening condition.
