PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-touch assembly packaging box, which eliminates a concern of deteriorating the freshness of cut flowers when they are held, protects the flowers from pressure from outside, requires a smaller storage space, and can be assembled easily for use. SOLUTION: The packaging box has a structure of triangular-pyramid-shaped tetrahedron, which comprises a first side wall 2 and a second side wall 3 and both side walls are continuous at their respective one side edges. On the other side edges of the first/second side walls, respective third side wall forming strips 4a, 4b are formed consecutively. Top forming strips 5a and 5b, 5c are formed consecutively on the top edges of either of the third side wall forming strips 4a, 4b, and the first/second side walls 2,3, respectively, where the strips 5a, 5b, 5c are engaged with each other to form a top wall. Projecting strips 7 and cutouts 6 are formed on the side edges of the third side wall forming strips that are not connected to the first/second side walls, respectively, where corresponding projecting strips and cutouts are engaged with each other.
