PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a license plate mounted at the front and rear of a vehicle, wherein since the plate is formed in flat plate shape, it is affected by wind during traveling to give resistance to the vehicle in traveling, refuse is liable to adhere to the license plate, and it becomes an obstacle for taking air into a radiator. SOLUTION: This license plate mounting device for the vehicle comprises a first plate member fixed to the license plate holding portion of the vehicle and a second forwardly curved plate member installed at the front of the first plate member. The license plate is fixed to the second curved plate member. In addition, a frame cover covering the curved license plate cover or the edge portion of the license plate is installed on the second plate member through the license plate.
