PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively increase a rigidity and strength of a skeletal structure in a car. SOLUTION: A side member 1 is respectively extended in the approximately longitudinal direction of a vehicle on both side parts of the car, and a cross member 2 in the vehicle width direction is respectively connected with both side members 1. At the same time, a box body 5 is fixed astride a wall surface 3 of the side member 1 and a wall surface 4 of the cross member 2. A floor panel is bonded to the upper surfaces of the side member 1, the cross member 2 and the box body 5.
