PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having flexibility more excellent than that of a conventional polypropyrene decorative sheet while holding proper abrasion resistance, damage resistance, chemical resistance or the like, hard to produce whitening or a crack at the time of folding processing and also excellent in design properties, and a metal decorative panel using the same. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet obtained by laminating at least a transparent polypropyrene resin layer on the surface of a base material sheet comprising a non-polyvinyl chloride material, the Izod impact strength prescribed in JIS K7110 of the transparent polypropyrene resin layer is set to 30 kJ/m or below.
