PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a honeycomb structure by filling honeycomb spaces with a foam by a simple operation so as to prevent the overflowing of the foam from the surface of a honeycomb core. SOLUTION: A curable foaming composition 7 is introduced into a mold 7 having a horizontal base 6a in a uniform thickness so that the thickness of the composition after foaming does not exceed the thickness of the first honeycomb core 2a, the honeycomb core 2a is pushed in the curable foaming composition and the curable foaming composition is foamed and cured to form the foam 3. Next, the honeycomb core 2a and the foam 3 are taken out of the mold and put in the mold so as to be turned reversely. Then, the curable foaming composition is introduced into the mold in a uniform thickness so that the thickness thereof after foaming does not exceed the thickness of a second honeycomb core, the second honeycomb core is pushed in the curable foaming composition and the curable foaming composition is foamed and cured to laminate the first and second honeycomb cores.
