Disclosed is an invention automatically and continuously loading the bullets one by one to a toy pistol, which are tramped in a magazine case with a plurality of bullets at a time, thereby a user can easily utilize the toy pistol. In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the toy pistol with an automatic magazine, comprising: a magazine case (110) to be loaded a part installing room (102), a bullet loading room (104) and bullets tamping room (106) therein; a slider opening or closing an opened portion of one end of the bullet case (110); a wheel knob (112) installed into the part installing room (102); a bullet restriction member (114) rotatably connected to the wheel knob (112);` a spring member (116) elastically supporting the bullet restriction member (114) and the wheel knob (112) to a rotation direction thereof; a bullet arrangement wheel member (118) arranged to a upper side of the bullet restriction member (114) to prevent escaping from a plurality of bullets restricted by corresponding parts of the bullet restriction member (114). |
