<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus for writing in a contactless electronic tag only by simple information processing. <P>SOLUTION: The communication apparatus has a computing control device 1 and a communication unit 2 connected each other, and a contactless electron tag 3 is disposed in a communication area of the unit 2. A complex computing control device becomes unnecessary by composing the information to be written into the electronic tag 3 with the information about time and location. The device can operate even though the device is arranged alone but at least electric power is supplied thereto, by being provided with a radio clock and a global positioning system.
