<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter material which imparts high level lightness/chromaticity when being used for liquid crystal display or the like, and to provide its cured material and a color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter material comprises photosensitive resin and/or monomer (a), colorant (b), solvent (c) and photopolymerization initiator (d). The color filter material contains a subphthalocyanine base pigment represented by formula (1) of 0.5 wt.% or more in the total colorant as the colorant (b) component and the weight ratio (b)/(R) of the colorant (b) and total resin component (R) is in the range of 0.05-1.5.
