<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture display device whose brightness is not lowered on reflection display and which has excellent display quality, and to provide a portable terminal using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of display units including a pixel for displaying a picture for a left eye and a pixel for displaying a picture for a right eye in one display unit are arranged in a matrix state on a display panel 2. A lenticular lens 3 is arranged in front of the display panel 2, is constituted so that projecting shape is repeatedly formed on its surface and distributes light emitted from the respective pixels in a right-and-left direction linking the pixel for displaying the picture for the left eye and the pixel for displaying the picture for the right eye in the display unit. A reflector 4 reflects external light toward the display panel, and rugged shape 41 is formed on the surface of the reflector.
