<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroscopic apparatus capable of performing fluoroscopy efficiently by reducing an operator's labor in inspection of a lot article or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of observation positions Pi set beforehand and image processing conditions Ei set on each observation position Pi are stored in a storage means 64. An inspection object W is mounted on a stage 3 and a command is imparted thereto. Therefore, the object on the stage 3 is moved successively to the set observation positions Pi, and fluoroscopic images are organized under the image processing conditions Ei corresponding to each position Pi and displayed on a display 8, to thereby dispense with positioning of the stage and a changing work of the image processing condition by an operator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
