<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion conductive material which can be molten salt and constitutes an electrochemical device and an ionic matter with a possibility of being used not only as a material for an ion conductor but also for other purposes. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are the ion conductive material having anion expressed in a formula (1) as an essential component and the ionic matter having anion expressed in formula (1) and fourth-grade ammonium cation.
