PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling mount securing high reliability by eliminating oil leakage and having a high damping characteristic in a large oscillation frequency region ranging from a low frequency region to a high frequency region. SOLUTION: The liquid filling mount 31 seals high viscosity liquid 35 with a flexible closed lid 36 on one side of an annular space 34 formed of a case 32 and a spindle 33 arranged in a shaft core of the case 32 and a laminated mount 37 on the other side. A first damping plate 38 having a clearance 38a between it and the case 32 is molded or mounted to the spindle 33, and a second damping plate 39 having a clearance 39a between it and the spindle 33 is molded or mounted to the case 32. Between the laminated mount 37 in the annular space 34 and the second damping plate 39, a seal rubber 40 of which inner and outer peripheries are mounted to the spindle 33 and the case 32 and that forms a water tight chamber between it and the flexible closed lid 36 is disposed.
