PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable polyolefin film which is free from a defect in appearance such as a fish eye, capable of a center seal by an organic solvent, excellent in waist strength and impact resistance, and used suitably for, for example, shrinkable packaging, shrinkable bundling packaging, and a shrinkable label. SOLUTION: In the heat-shrinkable polyolefin film below 1.00 in specific gravity, a polyolefin resin layer below 0.94 g/cm<SP>3</SP>in resin density is made an intermediate layer, and layers containing a polymer having alicyclic repeating units as a main component are laminated on the surface and the back.
