PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate isolation quantity at the end part of an image without remarkably increasing the number of hardware pieces. SOLUTION: The image processor is constituted of a parameter calculation means for calculating inherent parameters for a plurality of areas having respectively different sizes from binary signals obtained by applying prescribed operation to input signals in order to calculate the isolation quantity of respective pixel values from the input signals, an isolation quantity calculation means for calculating the isolation quantity of pixel values in each of these areas, an integration means for integrating the calculated isolation quantity in a prescribed area, an extraction means for extracting an image part having an attribute, and a supply means for supplying input signals of respective lines to the parameter calculation means. On the end part of an image, binary signals of invalid pixels are generated by using binary signals of valid pixels before the calculation of parameters by using delay included in the supply means and then the parameters are calculated.
