PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make small-sized a heating device, using electromagnetic induction, and a fixing device and a warming mechanism in which the heating device is built by suppressing the level of a current flowing to a coil. SOLUTION: The fixing device 1 includes a heated body 2 which generates heat with magnetic flux and a pressure mechanism 3 capable of providing specified pressure for the heated body. Coils 11a and 11b of the heated body are formed of Litz wires obtained by stranding a number of small-section conductors allowing a current to be inputted to pass.
