PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper which is not fractured so as to prevent collapse of a structural body. SOLUTION: When rotational vibration is transmitted to a rod 284, the vibration is transmitted to an inner ring 274 via an elasto-plastic spoke 282, a visco-elastic rubber plate 276 is shear-deformed, and the rotational vibration of the rod 284 to support a structural body is damped by the strain. When a large rotational vibration is transmitted to the rod 284, the yield point of the spoke 284 is smaller than the fracture strength of the visco-elastic body, and the spoke 282 is yielded to transmit no force to the rubber plate 276. Collapse of the structural body occurring by the fracture of the rubber plate 276 can be prevented thereby. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
