摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper which is not fractured so as to prevent collapse of a structural body. SOLUTION: When rotational vibration is transmitted to a rod 284, the vibration is transmitted to an inner ring 274 via an elasto-plastic spoke 282, a visco-elastic rubber plate 276 is shear-deformed, and the rotational vibration of the rod 284 to support a structural body is damped by the strain. When a large rotational vibration is transmitted to the rod 284, the yield point of the spoke 284 is smaller than the fracture strength of the visco-elastic body, and the spoke 282 is yielded to transmit no force to the rubber plate 276.
