PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a warmth generator and the warmth generator wherein the warmth generator of high quality can be manufactured efficiently at a low cost. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the warmth generator includes respective processes of the following (A) to (C). (A) Synthetic resin films 5A, 5B are piled up in front and rear face of a lattice like metal foil 2 in which a plurality of long holes 3 are drilled and installed at the part except the peripheral part 4 of the metal foil 1, and a laminated body 6 is formed by heat welding (B) both end parts of the laminated body are notched so that the lattice like metal foil 2 forms a meandering electric path, and (C) an exposed part of the meandering electric path is sealed up, and the warmth generator 10 is obtained.
