PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that wiring costs or setting construction costs are increased due to the fact that it is necessary to provide total four cables of power lines for supplying power and signal lines for transmitting the measured amounts of processes for one field equipment. SOLUTION: The measured amounts of processes are converted into a digital signal, and transmitted so as to be superimposed on a commercial power line for supplying power to a process job site. Also, a TCP/IP is used as a communication protocol. Thus, it is possible to share power lines and signal lines, and to reduce wiring costs or setting construction costs. Also, the measured amounts of processes are converted into the digital signal so as to be transmitted so that the large amounts of processes can be transmitted by one pair of power lines.
