PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAD drawing creation system which can efficiently carry out CAD by connecting two or more CAD operating devices to a communication network to share the processing while securing the security. SOLUTION: Each of CAD drawing creation controllers 5 is allocated to each of two or more CAD operating devices 15 and controls the procedure of each CAD operating device 15. Each CAD drawing creation controller 5 is connected to a center device 16 via the communication network 9. The center device 16 has control program information 40 on a procedure command necessary when a CAD drawing is created by each CAD operating device 15 and a data collection command at that time, and transmits the control program information 40 to each CAD drawing creation controller 5 via the communication network 9.
