PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved winding blind with translucent cloth curtains at both obverse and reverse, in which the curtains are always kept in flat and trim conditions, and do not spoil their beautiful appearances by being folded at the bottom end. SOLUTION: This winding blind is provided with a winding drum 20 pivotally mounted at an upper window edge, a bottom rail 30 located below the winding drum 20, some slats 40 provided in parallel between the winding drum 20 and the bottom rail 30, and at least two sets of connection cords 50 for vertically connecting the slats 40.
