PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out a work for forming a mortar form in a connection method of a PC column. SOLUTION: In a PC column 10, the lower end of a main reinforcement 12 is contained in the substantially upper half part or connected to it and the lower end of the joint 13 is opened to the lower end face 11a of concrete 11. The PC column 10 is placed on the upper face 20a of the lower constitution member 20 so as to form the joint space 29 and the upper end of the main reinforcement 22 of the lower constitution member 20 is respectively contained in the substantially lower half part of the joint 13. Next, while moving a nozzle 32 of a hand pump 30 (supplying implement) containing fluidable mortar along the lower end periphery of the column, mortar is discharged from the nozzle 32 to shape a form at the periphery of the joint space 29. Next, grout is injected in the joint space 29 surrounded by the mortar form and the inner space of the joint 13 and cured to connect the column to the lower constitution member.
