PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loosened yarn-tightening device making a threading operation and a yarn-winding operation precise. SOLUTION: A bent position m of the boundary between a shaft part 22a-1 and a tilted part 22a-2 of a flyer 22a attached to the center part at the tip side of a loosened yarn-tightening roller 21 so as to be concentrically rotatable is positioned in an inside region in a projected plane of the loosened yarn-tightening roller 21 in the axis direction, and the slope of the tilted part 22a-2 is set so as to be extended in the outer direction of the radius direction reverse to the rotation of the loosened yarn-tightening roller 21. A yarn-engaging part R of a tip part 22a-3 is set so as to be present at a position at a prescribed distance from the outer periphery 21a of the loosened yarn-tightening roller 21 and facing the outer periphery. The tilted part 22a-2 easily catches the yarn Y and introduces the yarn Y to the tip part 22a-3 to precisely engage the yarn Y with the yarn-engaging part R at piecing. The yarn Y is precisely wound on the outer periphery 21a of the loosened yarn-tightening roller 21 by rotating the flyer 22a in a state in which the yarn Y is engaged with the yarn-engaging part R.
