PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor which keeps a key data generation method of a key generation means secret from a developer of an authentication means. SOLUTION: An authentication program 80 has description for accessing a function API1 in a key generation program 81 and substituting the identification data SID1-SID3 of service or the like inputted from an IC 5 of an IC card as input parameters of the function API1. The key generation program 81 generates a key by using the identification data SID1-SDI3 written in a prescribed address as input parameters in accordance with the execution of the codes based on the authentication program 80.
