PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a make up cosmetic composition used for make up of a keratin fiber, e.g. eyelashes, eyebrows and hair, especially eyelashes. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition for makeup of the keratin fiber containing a wax phase containing at least one aqueous wax dispersion of wax particles is provided by having≥4,000 Pa horizontal modulus of rigidity, Gp and≤1μm particle diameter of the wax particles in the wax phase, expressed by a mean "effective" diameter D[4.3] by volume. In the composition, it is possible to increase the solid content of the makeup composition for the keratin fiber, especially the wax content markedly and at the same time maintain rheological characteristics to be satisfied, especially characteristics regarding to deformation possibility and consistency on standing still on condition of selecting a specific emulsifying system.
