PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cleansing agent scarcely exhibiting an irritant feeling without using a polyoxyethylene addition type surfactant in a cleansing process. SOLUTION: The foam cleansing preparation is obtained by filling a container provided with a pump foamer therewith and forms foam with the pump foamer. The foam cleansing preparation comprising (1) 3-10 pts. wt. of a nonionic surfactant without having a polyoxyethylene group, (2) 70-95 pts. wt. of water, (3) 0.1-1 wt.% of phenoxyethanol and (4) without substantially containing a surfactant having the polyoxyethylene group and an ionic surfactant is provided. A polyglycerol fatty acid ester can especially preferably be exemplified as the nonionic surfactant without having the polyoxyethylene group. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
